About Me

For the last decade, I have worked with executive leaders across industries to find the sweet spot between business results and personal meaning. I design, deliver and support transformational leader, team, and organization development in line with business strategy. With my clients, I create capacity for them to thrive, lead, and impact in the areas they care most about.

My clients are curious, open, emotionally intelligent leaders up to big things. I have worked with C-level executives at billion-dollar companies and founders of start-ups. My love is supporting inspiring leaders to cultivate sustainable, high-performing teams based on the metrics that drive engagement and results. All of my work includes thoughtful, strategic communications planning.

My background is in executive coaching, management consulting, and educational leadership development. I was once an elite athlete, helping to build Northwestern Softball’s program to national distinction (i.e., I know high performance). I am a partner with FMG Leading, a premier human capital advisory firm that has a long history of guiding people on breakthrough leadership journeys to unprecedented organizational performance. At FMG, my clients have included some of the largest health systems in the nation.

In addition, I serve as an Executive Coach & Wellbeing Consultant for Yoke Consultancy in the UK, a leading Organizational Wellbeing assessment, training, and coaching services firm to international Fortune 100 corporations in the banking and professional services industries.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University, and a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. I have certifications in Advanced Coaching with the Enneagram, a comprehensive personality typing system, and Developing Leadership with Emotional Intelligence.

I am a member of the Association of Learning Providers (ISA), Organizational Development Network, American Society of Training & Development, and International Positive Psychology Association, as well as a graduate of Landmark Education’s Team, Management and Leadership Program. I regularly study and practice mindfulness meditation.

I covet free time, most especially in art museums, yoga/Pilates class, or my raised vegetable gardens. Connection with my community everything to me, so I can often be found hosting dinner parties with my husband. I have a penchant for discussing world politics and poetry. And laughing at myself. A lot.
