About Erin Rocchio


For the last decade, Erin has worked with executive leaders across industries to find the sweet spot between business results and personal meaning. She designs, delivers and supports transformational leader, team, and organization development in line with business strategy. Erin creates capacity for her clients to thrive, lead, and impact in the areas they care most about.


Erin’s clients are curious, open, emotionally intelligent leaders up to big things. She works with C-level executives at billion-dollar companies and founders of start-ups. Her love is supporting inspiring leaders to cultivate sustainable, high-performing teams based on the metrics that drive engagement and results. All of her work includes thoughtful, strategic communications planning.


Erin’s background is in executive coaching, management consulting, and educational leadership development. She was once an elite athlete, helping to build Northwestern Softball’s program to national distinction. In 2016, she launched erinrocchio.com to share her writing and work in three areas: Executive Coaching, Enneagram for Team Development, and Appreciative Inquiry Culture Transformation. In addition, Erin speaks about innovations in emotional intelligence, leadership, positive psychology, and wellbeing in the workplace.




Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University, and a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change (MPOD) from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.


She holds certifications in Advanced Coaching with the Enneagram, a robust personality typing system (via Enneagram in Business), and Developing Leadership with Emotional Intelligence (via CWRU). Erin is also a member of the Association of Learning Providers (ISA), Organizational Development Network, American Society of Training & Development, and International Positive Psychology Association. Erin is a graduate of Landmark Education’s Team, Management and Leadership Program, and she is on the life-long journey of studying mindfulness meditation.




Erin is a partner with FMG Leading, a human capital advisory firm that has a long history of guiding leaders, teams, and organizations to breakthrough performance. At FMG, Erin’s clients have included industry-leading organizations such as: Chevron, Deloitte, Alliance HealthCare Services, DaVita Rx, DaVita Clinical Research, Health Integrated, New Capital Partners, Surgical Care Affiliates, MTS Health Partners, National Cardiovascular Partners, and UC San Diego Health System.


In addition, Erin serves as an Executive Coach & Consultant for Yoke Consultancy in the UK, a leading Organizational Wellbeing assessment, training, and coaching services firm to international Fortune 100 corporations in the banking and professional services industries.




In her free time, Erin can be found enjoying art museums, her raised vegetable gardens, or hosting dinner parties with her husband. She has a penchant for discussing world politics and poetry. Erin is an advocate for young women’s leadership development; her primary support goes to local non-profit organization, Heart of Leadership.
